Merry Christmas To our Reesor Cousins:

This is a Christmas Newsletter from the Reesor Reunion and Genealogy Committees of the Reesor Family in Canada. I wanted to bring everyone up to date on the work that our committees are doing in preparation of our upcoming Reunion.

We have the Markham Fair grounds booked for Saturday June 24th, 2000. Early in the spring of 2000, we will be sending more information regarding accommodations in private homes, camping grounds and hotels for the Reunion weekend. This will come in the invitation letter.

If there are any relatives that you think might not know about the Reunion, PLEASE MAKE THEM AWARE of the time and place . Everyone is certainly welcome.

The Genealogy Committee is pretty much on time with the updates for the new book. There is still some time left to enter new names and there are a few people whom we have not heard from yet. PLEASE get your information submitted NOW for inclusion.

At this time we are quite confident that we are going to have the updated book ready for June 2000. We will also have a CD version of the book and a selection of other commemorative souvenirs. In addition, the new Entrance Roadway and Gates to the Reesor Pioneer Cemetery will be finished for the Reunion and people will be able to drive their cars in to visit the site at that time.

Some of you may receive this letter in time for your Christmas gathering and maybe others will get it early in the New Year. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD TO HELP US OUT. We don't want to MISS INVITING ANYONE. It is always disappointing to hear of someone that was missed.
