2023 Reunion Itinerary

Markham Fairgrounds, 10801 McCowan Road (at Elgin Mills Rd)

Livestock Pavilion Complex (Building #6)

 

Saturday June 24, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

·        Welcome, check-in & time for visiting with your Reesor cousins.

·        Lunch:  a variety of foods available for purchase, or you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch for your family.

·        Displays of Reesor Genealogy, family artifacts, & photos for viewing.

·        Bidding on Silent Auction items until 3:00 PM.

·        Short Formal Program (1:30 PM) Greetings & welcome, music.

·        A Collection will be taken to defray costs.

·        Note:  Pets are not allowed at the Reunion venue. (Service animals excepted)

Rouge Valley Mennonite Church

·        A community worship service, welcoming our Reesor family cousins, friends & neighbours.

 

Additional Note:

·        Please email cousin@reesor.ca if you are an artist &/or artisan and wish to donate an item for the Silent Auction.  Proceeds will help off-set Reunion expenses.
