Here are some tips for opening PDF files:

• You need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to open PDF files. You can download it from here.
  
  
• PDF files can be opened in most web browsers. However, if the PDF file does not open in your web browser when clicked, then if you are using Windows, right click on the file and select "Save Target As..." to download it to your computer. You can then open the PDF file on your computer.
